TurboFTP adding "temp." prefix before upload

We have an upload task running via the TurboFTP scheduler.

We are facing an issue where TurboFTP adds a "temp." prefix to file names before it then goes onto upload them to a client ftp server e.g.:

- original file name "DES_201201131715001.csv"
- file name with prefix "temp.DES_201201131715001.csv"

However the prefix is not removed after upload. It remains attached to the files both on the remote ftp server as well as when they are moved to a local backup folder.

Please note that we have not activated or indeed even setup any auto-rename routines whatsoever, which could be causing this.

This is causing us major problems as the files cannot be processed by our client once they contain this "temp." prefix.

Please advise asap.

Thanks
Gary

Hi,

Can you post the full FTP log?

Checked the log and there is no mention of renaming the files with the temp. prefix.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Also have you seen this behaviour before?

Thanks
Gary

It would be helpful if you post some relevant log. Otherwise please raise a support ticket for further investigation.
