Hi all,
I have a TurboFTP client in a Windows server. I want to upload files to Unix server, in the Unix server there is a maped hard disk (for example, z:\mamuts). I have the same directory structure in the two servers. I make a task scheduler but doesn't work correctly:

The login is correct
The client access to directory correctly
But when the client need access to directory son I have a problem.

I put the logfile:

STATUS:> Authenticating with method 'password'
STATUS:> Login successful.
COMMAND:> Resolve path '.'
/
COMMAND:> Resolve path '/MAMUTS'
/MAMUTS/
COMMAND:> LIST remote dir '/MAMUTS/'...
List done
COMMAND:> Resolve path '/MAMUTS/'
/MAMUTS/
COMMAND:> LIST remote dir '/MAMUTS/'...
List done
COMMAND:> Resolve path '/MAMUTS// 1 root root 0 Apr 25 09:25 A-SCAN ING'
ERROR:> server returned error: no such file (#72)

The directory /MAMUTS/A-SCAN ING exists in the structure but the client cann't resolve. Why?

Some idea? Please, It is very important, I need resolve this conflict!!!

Thanks,
Jaume.

I don't understantd the last "resolve path" in the logfile. In the logfile puts:
"'Resolve path '/MAMUTS// 1 root root 0 Apr 25 09:25 A-SCAN ING'"

I think here there is the problem!!!!, the resolve path should be: "Resolve path '/MAMUTS//A-SCAN ING'"

Why the path is wrong??? Is it possible the tarjet sever is a Unix system?

Thanks,
Jaume.

Can you raise a ticket by sending more information to support@tbsoftinc.com. The information we need is raw listing and whole connection log. The raw listing can be retrieve by right-clicking the remote browser pane and select "View Raw Listing".

First problem fixed, but I have more problems in upload files

Hi,
the new version seems has fixed the first problem. But I have more problems for upload files.

Maybe I have detected the problem. In some subfolders, the upload program puts wrong the name of the folder. It puts, sometimes, a "white space" before the correctly name, and then the upload program cann't entry inside of the subfolder and the following error is showed in the log: "ERROR:> server returned error: no such file (#72)".

I put an example. I have the next structure:

-d1
-d2
-ddd3
-ddd4

The program cann't acces in the "ddd3" subfolder because in the access comand puts worng the name: " ddd3" (the correct name is "ddd3" there is a white space before the real name). In the second subfolder "ddd4" accesses correctly.

Normaly, the wrong is produced in the first subfolder for each folder.

I attache a logfile where you can see a real case. Please the following:

"
COMMAND:> Resolve path '/PH_Nativos/parthistory/Illescas/Corte/GFM / C1'
ERROR:> server returned error: no such file (#72)
"
I use the freeSHHd server (v1.1). I sent to admin a note with these new problem few minuts ago.

Can you help me? Thanks.
