Task Scheduler won't work Windows 7 - Not Admin

After posting 2 support tickets (YSU-428277 and RHM-89111) and not receiving much help I have decided to try posting a forum request.

I have a win7 64bit machine (home version) of which I am a member of the admin group. Not the normal 'home' admin group but of the proper windows admin groupg (control userpasswords2) allows you to set the correct group. I think as stand 'home' admins are actually debug users.

I have installed Turbo (v6.3 Build: 832). I chose turbo because I have been using it for years in other jobs and I like the simplicity and the scheduler.

When I click on the scheduler I get:

"You are running the program on windows vista or higher. If you want to use Task Scheduler make sure you run the TurboFTP GUI program as Administrator"

Clearly I am yet I am still getting this error.

The only help I have had from support is:
"Hi Craig,

Did you right click TurboFTP icon and select 'Run as Admin'?"

Because Windows 7 has UAC you need to start the program as admin manually.

UAC is turned off and I am an administrator. Never the less I have done as requested and right clicked run as admin. Still does not work.
