non-English file name stall at sync

When the source contains file names in Chinese (BIG-5), the sync will show "error" on those files, and I will not receive e-mail notification after the sync completed. Not even sure if the sync has completed. Can we add support for non-English file names and directory names?

Thanks

Are you running Sync Service on an english version Windows? Could you post the error log here?

Thanks.

Correct, I am using English version of Windows to do turboftp, the source ftp is a Windows (traditional chinese). There was no error message, those files with chinese filename are in the queue, but it does not proceed to download or abort. I can manually abort it, but if I don't manually abort it, it will stays there waiting for something, without proceeding anything.

Is there a way to "ignore" a file forever? If those files with chinese filename are in the download queue, is there a way I can set to the turboftp, ignore those files forever? (I sync the same ftp site daily).

Running the Sync Service on a chinese version of Windows will be the best solution.
