Sync service cannot start after reboot

hi,

After installing some MS patches, I restarted the server then the Sync service cannot start. The event viewer said:

"Your 30-day evaluation period has expired.To purchase a license of TurboFTP + Sync Service, or upgrade your existing TurboFTP license to include the Sync Service module, please go to http://www.turboftp.com.

I purchased Turbo FTP license with Sync service module and life time upgrade, why it happens??

Does the GUI also display the '30 day license' message?
Was turboftp sync service installed during the 30-day trial?
- if it was, run c:\tftpsvc.exe /uninstall
- start the gui and add the license back in
- then re-install sync c:\tftpsvc.exe /install
reboot to make sure the 30-day trial msg isn't there.

(I'm new to this product, so these are just my suggestions for recovering, they don't address the root cause.)

Does your license include Sync Service option? If you are not sure check the license information in the About box of TurboFTP. Otherwise please raise a support ticket with your order ID so that we can help you.
