We've made several purchases at $400 a piece for the turboftpsdk. We're having problems with it and have opened multiple tickets. No one is responding to the ticket. I tried emailing support and I get this blow from your email servers.

We have a cricital deployment for the city of New York with high visibility. We can't finish downloads from the city, larger 50mb pdf files fail mid download.

I feel your pain... I've got issues getting SSH to work, and I've been trying to get some response for weeks now, but no luck. Every time you open a ticket, it gets closed after 24 hours !

I started to try a tool from Bitvise. It's easy to setup, and only cost me 5 minutes to get SSH working. It's actually a bit cheaper too...
