If your license is eligible to upgrade to the latest version then you can retrieve the key code at the following page

Otherwise an upgrade fee is required
http://www.turboftp.com/upgrade.php

If you don't want to upgrade, you can download the old version to get the old version. please send the order ID so we shall send the download URL.
