Unable to write to map drive used as Default local folder

Postby Arif@systronics.ae » Tue Jul 31, 2012 9:26 am

Hi,

I have a setup wherein TURBO FTP Client is running on one machine (Workstation) and have share folder on another machine (Server). TURBO FTP is configured to download the folders from REMOTE SITE and update the map drive/share folder on Server . when I try to use map drive/share folder as default local folder under TURBO FTP Client then it is unable to write to the map drive/share folder". It is always giving access denied error.

Note: I'm able to access the map drive/share folder from the TURBO FTP Client machine and create anything folder or file using Windows file sharing.

Please help me in resolving the issue.

Arif.

It looks like you have not configured the credentials for accessing the network share in question. Please refer to manual topic:

Is it possible to re-install the map driver software alone and reconfigure it? For me when I try to use map drive folder it is unable to write to the map drive/share folder. I am guessing there is connection error is happened which caused this issue.
