Hello,

I have the following case:

I have to move tasks in TurboFTP with Sync Service from one computer (server) to another.
On the computer I want to migrate to, I have registered version of TurboFTP (v.6.30 Build 985). I'm trying to connect to FTP over SSH server and I get the following error:
STATUS:> Connecting to b2b.3m.com Port 22 (try #1) ...
Server version: SSH-2.0-SFTP SSO Adapter Node1IPS1 Pre-Auth
COMMAND:> Sent client version string 'SSH-2.0-TurboFTP_SSHM_2.060'
STATUS:> Crypto negotiation done, Server to client cipher:arcfour128, mac:hmac-sha1, compression:none.
STATUS:> Crypto negotiation done, Client to server cipher:arcfour128, mac:hmac-sha1, compression:none.
ERROR:> ssh-userauth service request not accepted (error #50)
STATUS:> Wait 10 seconds and try again...

Version of the Operating System on new server is Windows 2016 Server Standard 64bit.

On the old computer, everything is ok:
TurboFTP 32-bit Version 6.30 Build 968 - WinSock 2.0
This copy of TurboFTP is registered to Andrzej Huzar Huzar-Software - Single Computer License with Sync Service module.
STATUS:> Connecting to b2b.3m.com Port 22 (try #1) ...
Server version: SSH-2.0-SFTP SSO Adapter Node1IPS1 Pre-Auth

STATUS:> Crypto negotiation done, Server to client cipher:aes128-cbc, mac:hmac-sha1, compression:none.

STATUS:> Authenticating with method 'password'

COMMAND:> Resolve path '.'

COMMAND:> LIST remote dir '/'...
List done

As you see - TurboFTP 32-bit in version 6.30 Build 968. Operating System – Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

What is the problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards, Rafal.
