Disconnect problem when syncing

I am constantly getting an error when connected to a certain ftp site and I would like to know if you have seen of this problem before. It continuously disconnects after the "421 invalid command during xfer"

Here is an exerpt from the logfile, editted for security reasons:

I've bought the product but am getting NO tech support. I have tried to get help here, and by leaving a message for direct support. Absolutely no reply. Very disappointing.

Hi,

Is there any firewall configured at your end or server end?

Try Checking/Unchecking PASV mode. Please follow these steps to do so.

View -> Options -> Firewall. You will find an option called " Use PASV mode ".
