upgrade and registration

I purchased TurboFTP a long time ago. I think I should be able to upgrade to the latest version and register it with the original code. I sent in a bug report about how when I attempted to register with the old code, it did seem that I was registered, but does not allow syncing and prompts me to register.

Then I started being told that since I haven't responded in 12 hours my ticket was closed.

I am awaiting a response from tbsoftinc, so the ticket should not be closed due to my lack of a response.

I sent in all requested codes and order #s.

Someone please tell me what to do.
