Question about using TurboFTP from command-line

Good afternoon. I already plan to purchase TurboFTP, as the trial version has worked perfectly for my client's needs... So at this point, I just need to know which version I need to buy.

Is the basic command-line functionality included in the standard version, or is that a feature of the Sync Service version only? I plan to run TurboFTP from a script, so I don't really need the Sync Service, just the command-line functions.

Hi James,

The TurboFTP GUI program has a built-in scheduler that can run scheduler sync task like Sync Service module does, except that it can be run in NT service mode and only one task can be run at any time.

When it comes to script, we recommend you use Sync Service module because it is a console program without a GUI. If you don't want your script to bring up the TurboFTP main program each time it runs you should consider the Sync Service module (tftpsvc.exe).

I would suggest that you try the software on your own before making a decision.

Hope this helps.
