Hello,

I've created a auto upload tasks and it is working fine.
I would like to receive an email when there is an upload or an error (I'm aware I'll receive tons of emails), is it possible?

Best regards,

Why do you need this feature? Do you want the emails to trigger something?

No, the emails won't trigger anything. We plan on using the software to send important information, and if that information is not delivered for whatever reason then I must be aware immediately.
The absence of email nortification would be a sign that something went wrong.
Also, the number of emails received would tell me how many files were processed. I could also check the Log file, but it would require me to do a manual task that I could forget. The emails would notify me without any additional task, and the system won't forget to send it.

Best regards,

JF Bonté.

Also, can the Sync Service connect to FTPS with a SSL cerificate?

Can you tell me if it is possible? If not I have to look at the possibility of finding another software.

Hi,

You can use SSL certificate when connecting to an FTPS server. Please refer to Site Settings | Security tab for how to enter the path of certificate.

Good morning,

I've asked a simple question 10 days ago, can I have an answer please?
A simple "yes" or "no" will do.

Thank you!

While the auto synchronisation was usefull because of the immediate dealing with new or updated files, I will use a scheduled upload with email notification.
