Access denied

Postby SlavaS » Wed Jun 16, 2010 5:44 pm

I hope your advise will help me to resolve this issue.
Currently we are using Turbo FTP 6.0 to transfer file to customer sFTP automatically.
The problem is that customer does not allow full access to their folder. Because other vendors using same folder to load their files.
Automated file transfer fails with error:
COMMAND:> LIST remote dir '/var/sanftp/guest/inbound'...
ERROR:> server returned error: access denied (#73)
How to avoid LIST command and just do a file transfer?
