Hi,

Possible reasons could be your local firewall is blocking the program (in that case you need to configure the firewall to allow through TurboFTP traffic) or the remote server is not reachable through your wifi network (check this by pinging the remote server from your PC).

The firewall (Norton Internet Security) accepted it before the change so why would that change. Remind me how to ping!

Hi,

Say your ftp server is yourhost.com. Open up a command line box and type:

ping yourhost.com

If you see all timeout message then the host is not reachable from your network. Let me know what you get.
