I get an error message "Address Book file is not saved since write access is denied" when I close the Address Book dialog.

Answer You have set [Options | Program data path] to '[System Drive]:\ProgramData\TurboFTP\' which is required if you are running TurboFTP Sync Service. Otherwise you can change the above option or you can run as admin and you won't see this problem.
