Solution In the error message the supported host key algorithms of both TurboFTP client and remote SSH server are shown (see below for example). If the SSH server supports ssh-rsa and ssh-dss algos while TurboFTP doesn't, you can enable them in Site Settings -> SFTP -> Host key algorithms. They are by default disabled due to low crypto strength. It is suggested to use stronger algorithm to reduce risk.
