 Why is that I cannot still log on to the server even I have enter my user ID and password?
Solution Make your Internet connection is working. If you are behind a firewall, you have to connect to a server outside via firewall. Ask the administrator of your network and fill in the correct firewall information in the Options|Firewall tab. Some router-based firewalls require you to use PASV mode (for data transfer).
